Everyday, people waste time and energy moving about the city, while being controlled by the economy's roller coaster-effect on their business. Motorized vehicles cause a great deal of stress, noise, pollution, and are an increasing expense when using gasoline.
Our goal is to create ideas and innovative Work Bike designs that will inspire the conversion of many industry fleets to PEDAL POWER WORK BIKES®. We hope to create independence from these wasteful resources as a way to cut costs, emissions, and attract attention to a new movement.
My design studio is constantly turning out new ideas for the Work Bike Industry, and will be engineering bikes that satisfy the needs of thousands for years to come. We are branching out into the possibilities of creating designs that feature exotic metals, creatively engineered frame-working and custom drive-trains, that can be integrated into the universal frame designs we have modeled for production.

THE EAGLE®
designed for the US Postal Service
This Work Bike has been in the design phase for over a year, as we plan our approach to the major industries that can benefit from retrofitting their fleets with our vehicles.
The Eagle® features an injection-molded Aluminum Alloy frame that is engineered to sustain momentum and load distribution, through different terrain and high-traffic environments. The axles are milled from Nitronic 50 Stainless Steel, an incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant material, that can withstand stresses 2-3x's that of normal steel. Combined with industrial strength precision bearings, the rigid frame and axles are able to suspend over 1000lbs. Because of this unique design, the vehicle is able to maintain momentum with ease while the operator is seated in recumbent form. A multi-speed cassette, that transfers torque to a drive shaft and differential gear, is the secret of our drive design, and provides a greater amount of distributed torque, for better control throughout the turning radius.
Utilities can be fabricated onto these frames to fit with the needs of different industries, to create individual service vehicles, or custom designed fleets that carry a corporate image on carbon-fiber shells mounted on lightweight aluminum frames.
The design is completely versatile in every function, and many of the parts can be easily replaced by the owner or operator inexpensively, and without any delay in services.

Aluminum Trike

Our Aluminum Trike features a rigid frame made entirely from 6061Aluminum Alloy, that has the highest load-bearing capacities, in an incredibly light weight. We use a bearing housing tube to secure industrial strength bearings to the frame, to support a balanced load over the axles. We include a 21 speed mid-drive, as well as a heavy-duty Shimano derailleur for ease in even the steepest terrain, with 3 disc brakes to stop the cab on the downhills in style. Shimano Trigger Shifter/Brake Combos are included on an aluminum handlebar and headset, with oversized fork.
The Trike is seated upright and is suspended over two 20", 48 spoke tires in the rear, and a 24", 36 spoke tire in the front. All rims are aluminum double-walled Sun Rims with Maxis Hookworms for maximum PSI and traction control.
Diamond-plated floors with storage area in the front for passengers, and a rear storage area for the operator's needs. The plastic molded shell surrounding the vehicle is custom colored, as well as the seat, backrest, and armrests, in either cotton/nylon or vinyl fabric. Running lights, brake lights, and turn signals are installed on the rear of the cab, with a 12 volt battery, and a switch on the handlebars.
All of this in around a total weight of 120 lbs !
Steel Trike

We also will fabricate the same Work Bike shown above, but created with stainless steel.
The design and features are the same, but the steel gives an additional rigidity to the frame, and creates a more stable frame for utility functions like: Concessions, Food Vending and Bike Taxi Services.
If the weight isn't the issue, then you should consider a Steel Trike to save a little money.

These are our basic models, and are designed to be pulled behind a mountain bike that has been fitted with a reinforced seatpost and hitch, provided with your purchase. A lap belt is included for passenger safety. An excellent start if you are trying to get into a Bike Taxi.
